I happened to be wandering around Corona Queens looking for Pollo Campero and I just happened come across a side street with these delicious trucks. I have ate my share of Colombian and Peruvian meals.

Wandering around Brooklyn - 12 July 2014 (Saturday)

This whole trip shouldn't have taken place. The reason that I say this is that, due to a missed stop on the "F" train, lead to a afternoon worth of fun and exploring. I am not a big Brooklyn traveler, most of the activities that I do are in Manhatten or Queens. So this was a new experience that, I enjoyed.

After getting our bearings, we headed to Metrotech Center. MetroTech has a beautiful park, Chipotle and a Five Guy Burger and Fries. On that Saturday, there was some type of concert and activities that took place. I also noticed in the center of the park was a statue that art style was in the subway. Please see picture below to understand what I am talking about.

After leaving the park, We were near the fountain near Jay street. There was also a court house and people just chilling and enjoying the day.

The next area that we walked thru was prospect park area. We passed by the article amazing St. Ann's Church. We also saw the very first Hagan Dazs Ice Cream store in the world. I was surprised that I was actually there. Funny thing is that I never have ate any Hagan Dazs Ice Cream, but I have seen my share in France, England, Japan and China. But I did have a true appreciation for this mecca for ice cream lovers. ACTUALLY on this day, no one was in the store. Just one customer and the employees.

The Honeymooners: Ralph Kramden Statue at New York City's Port Authority Bus Terminal

The Honeymooners: Ralph Kramden Statue at New York City's Port Authority Bus Terminal.

The Honeymooners was a Television Show in the 1950's in which a middle class couple was living in the Big Apple. One of the main characters was Ralph Kramden. Look it up on online.

I wander ALOT...sometimes, just sometimes, I'm in the right place at the right time. This gentleman was having a rough day and decided to catch some ZZzzzZZZ at Ralph's statue.
